Official message regarding ebay listing

Since we started selling the MagNector on ebay from 24th of December under the ebay account ID “ifsolution”, we received orders from Nexus 10 users worldwide. We clearly stated on the listing that the item would be delivered via air mail from 28th of December in the order in which orders have placed. We believe most buyers agreed with the extended shipping and delivery time so purchsed the item.

However, because of tremendous number of orders we received within a short period time and the extendend shipping and handling time, ebay seemed considering our transation as suspicious business activities and removed the listing without any notice to us under its buyer protection policy. Thus, all the buyers received a message from ebay that the item removed and a buyer may need to take an action, and it led some buyers open a case regarding the list and claim a refund. Even though we have been responding to buyers’ requests and quesitons promptly and shipped out all the orders as we scheduled, we still have to wait until some buyers close the cases and leave a positive feedback on us in order to restart selling it on ebay.

Currently, we are trying to resolve the issue with ebay, but in the meantime we decided to open a website that helps customers to order the MagNector online.

1. Are you a 3rd party agent or the official seller of the MagNector?
We are the official seller of the magnetic pogo cable for the Nexus 10 worldwide in behalf of the original manufacture in Korea. For we have the drop shipping contract with the manufacture as well, we can also provide you a prompt shipping as well. If you have any concerns regarding the credibility of us, you may directly contact the MagNector manufacture, Dae Han Special Metal Co., Ltd at smith@e-magnet.co.kr.

2. Why did you stop selling the MagNector on ebay?
Because ebay removed the listing for some reason, it led some buyers waiting for their shipments to claim refunds and open cases. Even though all the orders from ebayers had been shipped out as schedules, we are still waiting until all shipments get deliverd to buyers. We are looking forward to resume selling on ebay soon.

3. How long would it take to get the item delivered?
Your order will be delivered from Korea via standard air mail and usually it takes 7 to 15 days to get delivered to a country in North America, Europe, and Australia.

4. Do you provide an expedited shipping?
Yes, we do. However, please note that it woud be only 2~3 days faster than the standard shipping.

What is MagNector?

MagNector is name of the combination of two words, ”magnet” and ”connector.” MagNector has pogo connector pins and magnets that are designed so the connector can be held in place magnetically. It is the first magnetic connector for a table device although magnectic connector has been found on Apple’s mac book earlier. The MagNecor N10 has been designed and developed for Google’s Nexus 10 which becomes the first table device having the magnetic pogo charging feature.

The MagNector makes it easy to charge your device without having to plug and unplug a USB connector, which eliminates the wear and tear of the port. The USB port failing is one of the main causes for repair for phones and tablet computers. The MagNector has a permanent magnet that also has an Over Voltage Protector (OVP) chip installed so it can protect your Nexus device from any damage that is normally caused by multiple power sources that are supplied simultaneously.

It also provides you faster charging speed and lets you use the Nexus 10 without any worry of powering down even while on charging it.
